LoryBloom provides reusable and washable products. The timeline of a product’s robustness depend on the frequency of wash cycle and how they are cared throughout its usage. Nevertheless, we do expect our product to last from your first child to the last, of course this is also not a guarantee.

On the other hand, a manufacturing defect is something that is uncontrollable at the factory. Some defects are severe that it could affect the quality of the product. First and foremost, we apologize if you may have received a defect product in your diaper collection. But rest assured, we will ensure that it does not happen to you or any other parents! Our products are repacked in Malaysia, so quality check will be conducted.

Do note that textiles or fabrics that are dyed or printed may fade in color over time. It is natural for this to happen. To help avoid color fading too soon,  dry the diapers/pads away from direct sunlight and also avoid the dryer as much as possible. Use proper detergent and wash thoroughly. Other fabrics such as natural bamboo cotton are expected to harden a bit. It just means that the fabric is able to absorb optimum amount of liquid.

Should you still find a quality defect, don’t worry because we cover these defects for a year upon your purchase. Please retrieve your receipt (website or retail purchases) and proceed to send us a Return Request at our Returns and Exchanges Page.

This only includes defect upon receiving the products. Intended tear from cutting or any form of modification is not covered.

Try to find the best size configuration for your baby to avoid leak. Ensure inserts are wash several times to get it absorb at optimum.

Post Return Process

We do not give refunds for warranty claims, but we will repair or replace an identical product or similar to it (different diaper cover pattern, if existing is out of stock). All warranty claims and returns must show proof of purchase.

If your item is a gift from a friend, please obtain the receipt from them. Once we have received your items, we will make an exchange or repair arrangement. After that we will ship the items back to you.
